Product counterfeiting of UNI-Graft® K DV (12mm/15cm)

A Dear Healthcare Professional Letter has been issued by B. Braun Singapore Pte Ltd to alert healthcare professionals on the discovery of a counterfeit version of the UNI-Graft® K DV vascular prostheses straight tube 12mm diameter 15cm length (product code 1101129). Healthcare professionals are advised to check all Uni-Graft®K DV (1101129; 12 mm/15 cm) vascular prostheses for correct packaging before use. The counterfeit products are only wrapped in single layer packaging and are not labelled with a CE sign. Such prostheses that are not correctly packed and labelled must not be used. Any counterfeit products discovered are requested to be sent to B. Braun Singapore Pte Ltd. Please refer to the letter for details
