Voluntary recall for Synthes Radial Head Prosthesis

Johnson & Johnson Medical Singapore would like to inform healthcare professionals of a recall for Synthes Radial Head Prosthesis due to possibility of loosening post-operatively at the stem bone interface for the radial stem. The cause of loosening was determined to be multifactorial and not yet fully characterised. Healthcare professionals are advised to continue to follow treated patients as usual and to return all affected products to Depuy Synthes representative. Please refer to the letter for details.
