Tobacco Point-of-Sale Display Ban

The Tobacco Point-of-Sale (POS) display ban has taken effect on 1 August 2017.  All licensed retailers are required to comply with the new law.  Tobacco retailers may refer to the TCAS (Ban on display of tobacco products) Regulations 2017178 KB or the POS display ban booklet for compliance. 

For policy related feedback on the POS display ban, retailers may email to the Health Promotion Board at hpb_mailbox@hpb.gov.sg.  Operational related enquiries can be sent to the Health Sciences Authority through an online feedback portal at https://crm.hsa.gov.sg/event/feedback.aspx
